- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was rarely able to get ahold of someone because they were “experiencing such high call volume” EVERY time I called. Someone might call me back anywhere from 3 days to one week, and that’s IF they called me back. It took them 5 months to get my payment figured out and my address correct. I finally had to go down there because I couldn’t get anyone on the phone. It was a ridiculous experience.
